The result is a fully screened, four-season retreat designed to extend lake living beyond the walls of the home.

When a tree stood in the center of the original deck, it limited layout, flow, and usability. By removing the obstruction and rebuilding with TimberTech in Tigerwood, paired with Westbury aluminum railing in Mocha, the space was reimagined for connection, comfort, and long-term performance.
The result? A warm-toned, low-maintenance deck that feels intentional, open, and built to last.

What began as an aging, exposed wood deck was reimagined into a covered outdoor living space designed for both beauty and longevity. TimberTech Mocha decking anchors the space with warmth, while Whitewash Cedar detailing on the stair frame adds thoughtful contrast and dimension.
Black Westbury aluminum railing provides structure and refinement, and the pine tongue-and-groove ceiling completes the space with natural warmth above. The transformation delivers not just a new deck—but a comfortable extension of the home built for years of enjoyment.
