Here’s How Our Process Works
Step 1. Schedule Your Initial Call
When you’ve decided it’s time to upgrade your home with a deck or a covered patio, get in touch with us. On our contact page, you can pick out the date and time that works best to discuss your project, and we’ll call you then for the phone consultation.
Step 2. Consultation Call And Estimate
During our first call, we’ll talk about your project in detail, give you an estimate, and schedule an on-site consultation.
Step 3. On-Site Consultation
We’ll meet on-site to discuss more about your design. We’ll go over your choice of materials and style and we’ll do the measuring. Next, we start designing.
Step 4. Design Presentation
Once we’ve designed your project in our 3D software, we’ll meet again to present the design to you. We’ll go over all the details and work together until you’re happy with how everything looks.
Step 5. Getting Your Project On The Calendar
When we’re all on the same page, we’ll sign the contract, get a 10% deposit, and schedule the start of the project.
Step 6. Filing For Permits
We take care of all the logistics, including submitting the project to the city for permits. Meanwhile, we’ll stay in touch via phone or email so you know exactly where your project is and what to expect.
Step 7. Building Starts
We think great communication is a sign of respect. Once we begin construction, we let you know what we’re doing, when we’ll arrive and leave, and our progress. Our intent is to be an Omaha deck contractor that is respectful, professional, and to avoid interfering with your lifestyle.
Step 8. Enjoy Your Upgraded Home
When the project is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough to make sure every detail is exactly as you’ve imagined it. The moment we’re out the door, feel free to let everyone know about your new deck or upgraded patio and have your loved ones over to have some fun in the sun!
Step 9. Follow-Up
A few weeks after project completion, we’ll reach back out to you to make sure everything is as you’ve expected, and that there are no issues or questions left unaddressed. We like to leave the communication line open so that you can freely get in touch with us anytime.
