At Forsman’s Finest, we strive to make our entire process transparent and interactive. When you decide to move forward with us, you can expect the following process:

Step 2. On-Site Consultation
We'll meet on-site to discuss your project and provide a proposal for your consideration.
Step 3. Getting Your Project on the Calendar
When we're all on the same page, we'll sign the contract, collect a 10% deposit and schedule the start date of your project.
Step 4. Filing for Permits
We take care of all the logistics, including submitting the project to the city for permits. Meanwhile, we’ll stay in touch via phone or email so you know exactly where your project is and what to expect.
Step 5. Building Starts
We think great communication is a sign of respect. Once we begin construction, we let you know what we’re doing, when we’ll arrive and leave, and our progress. Our intent is to be an Omaha deck contractor that is respectful, professional, and to avoid interfering with your lifestyle.
